I’m Marisol. The inbox, the calendar, the invoices and the client follow-ups come off your plate. Tick what you’d hand off, and the list shows the plan that fits.

Monday call, coffee #2
Hi, I’m Marisol.
For nine years I was the executive assistant to the founder of a busy real estate brokerage in Tampa: three calendars, a team of forty and more closings than I can count.
In 2019 I went independent. Today I support a handful of coaches, therapists and small business owners who would rather spend their week on the work only they can do. I answer within one business day, I track every hour, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Still wondering about something? Ask me on the free call, or write to hello@marisolnavarro.com.
Do we need to be in the same time zone?
No. I work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30 Eastern, and my clients are spread across the US and Canada. We agree on a reply window that works for both of us.
